If I could give a 10 star review, it still would not be enough for Windy River Farm. Not only is this the most stunning Venue I have laid my eyes on in the Northeast Kingdom, but the fact that Marion and William treat you like you are family. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect on your wedding day. They both spent time with me to talk my nerves down, and William surprised all our guests by delivering me to the ceremony site in his Hummer! If I could do it all over again, I would choose this place a million times over. We didn’t just have our wedding there, we gained new family/friends.
The decor is so elegant that someone would need bare minimum and it would still look like you stepped in to a fairy tale. I complying DIY’d all my own and my vision was brought together effortlessly. My husband and his groomsmen are avid fishermen, they took a break from the hustle and bustle to catch fish on property! I cannot express my gratitude and admiration enough for all that this gorgeous place has to offer.

I can’t say enough good things about Windy River Farm! From the moment we arrived for initial tour, we knew that it was our venue! The owners were fabulous and great to work with. They have such a passion for this work and it really shows throughout the entire planning process. The barn itself is a stunning masterpiece, beautifully decorated with rustic/vintage charm that creates a unique atmosphere. The thoughtful decor pieces already in place perfectly complement the natural beauty of the surroundings, saving us time and effort while adding character to our wedding. The ceremony locations are both beautiful and the cocktail barn is such a great addition. It was great to have events separate as it helped with the flow and guests were excited to finally see the reception barn. Every aspect of our experience at Windy River Farm was truly unforgettable. The combination of the breathtaking scenery, the warmth of the owners, and the magical ambiance of the barn made our wedding day feel like a fairy tale. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a special place to celebrate their love!

Will and Marion didn’t provide us with only a venue, but they provided a feeling of home and genuineness. They devote so much of their time making the venue feel like yours and make effort to know you and your family. Not only was the barn beautiful, but the cocktail barn was simply amazing. Will and Marion provide such hospitality and are there to help your day be as stress free. We utilized a beautiful bridal suite, men’s tavern, 1 of 2 ceremony sites, and an arbor we were able to choose of the many they have already. This venue will forever hold a special place in our hearts. They focus on quality, not quantity, and if you are interested in utilizing their venue I highly recommend speaking now!
